To add a new recipe first tap the “Add New Recipe” icon to open the recipe panel. Then fill out the needed fileds.

  • Enter your recipe name and details
  • Adjust the Desired Dough Temperature (DDT) and friction factor for this specific recipe
  • Add ingredients — common and previously used ingredients will auto-fill to save time
  • Specify times or time ranges in your steps — timers will be added automatically
